Executive homes are always a pleasure to market, with the assurance of a quality build mixed with a great location. The Vendors of this particular property didn’t really want to move, and were only looking to sell due to health reasons. Sadly, a house no longer catered for their needs, and they had to make the hard decision to move to a property that was all on one level.

We knew a house of this calibre was likely to appeal to a range of buyers, from expanding family’s and those with dependent relatives, to professional couples requiring space to work from home. The fabulous garden was well stocked with flowers as the Vendors were very keen gardeners, and this would also need time and efford to be tended to!

The successful purchasers fitted our mould perfectly, with grown up children who were flying from the nest they needed enough space for them to come home when they needed to, and to offer space to work from home, and enjoy life relaxing in the garden and walking to the shops. Perfection! The sale took a little while to go through due to delays with the onward purchase, but we kept everyone informed throughout the journey, and arrived at a very happy completion with smiles all round!
